Job Description Summary A 401k Administrator is responsible for overseeing the administration of a company’s 401k plan. This includes ensuring that all employees are enrolled in the plan, managing contributions from both the employer and employee side, and making sure that the investments offered through the plan are properly allocated and managed. In addition, the administration of 401k Client Sponsored Plans.

Role Description The Retirement Plan Administrator will oversee the day-to-day management of pooled employer plans (PEP) & client sponsored plans; including contributions, compliance testing, plan design consultation, and documentation. The role involves regular communication with clients, plan participants, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Attention to detail, a thorough understanding of retirement plan laws and regulations, and exceptional organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

This is a full-time on-site role, preferably based in Florida.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Work directly with clients to manage all client sponsored 401k plan administration

Support 401k Manager, as needed, to provide support for Resourcing Edge 401k plan administration

Partner with Implementation and Client coordinating with 401k provider

Work with clients and providers to set up new retirement plans

Assist employees with retirement questions

Review data entry changes made to the payroll systemQC all changes

Assist terminated clients with plan transfers

Work with our internal teams to answer client and employee questions

Work with data processing team, Ben Reps or Implementation for client sponsored plan set up and SOP’s on how to manage plan.

Other duties as appropriate to the objectives of the role and goals of Resourcing Edge Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

Knowledge of 401(k) administration, plan design consultation, and compliance testing

Knowledge of retirement plan laws, regulations, and applicable legal requirements is desired

Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines

Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, plan participants, and coworkers

Proficiency in using PrismHR, iSolved payroll software and technology for reporting, plan management, and administrative tasks is desired

Experience in the financial, human resources, or benefits administration industry is a bonus
