We are seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Human Resources Executive in Phoenix. This individual will manage and develop a team of HR professionals while serving as a strategic partner to leaders and employees across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, business-minded HR leader who thrives in a growing, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, build strong relationships across departments, and take ownership of initiatives from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 HR professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, professional growth, and high performance.
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders, managers, and employees across the organization.
  • Collaborate across all departments to understand business needs and develop people strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Drive and execute HR initiatives, ensuring projects move from strategy and planning through successful implementation and adoption.
  • Support organizational growth and change by developing scalable HR programs, processes, policies, and practices.
  • Provide leadership and guidance related to employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with leadership to identify talent needs, organizational risks, and opportunities to strengthen employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Strengthen compliance, documentation, risk management, and HR processes.
  • Lead change-management efforts and help leaders and employees successfully navigate evolving organizational priorities.
  • Evaluate HR practices and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, employee experience, and business impact.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Experience leading & developing an HR team
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives across an organization
  • Comfortable operating in a growing, evolving environment where priorities, processes, and organizational needs may change quickly.
  • Strong strategic leadership with a willingness to be hands-on when needed.
