- Build, coach, and lead an effective HR team responsible for business partnership, workforce support, and employment compliance.
- Strengthen governance across employment policies, documentation, workforce records, internal reviews, and regulatory requirements.
- Establish scalable HR programs and practices that support evolving business needs and operational requirements.
- Partner with field and corporate leaders on employee relations, performance challenges, workforce planning, organizational structure, and change initiatives.
- Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership, connecting business priorities with practical workforce strategies and identifying emerging people-related risks.
- Create consistent HR practices that can scale effectively as the organization expands into additional markets.
- Leverage workforce data and operational metrics to identify trends, improve decision-making, and communicate priorities to senior leadership.
- Provide experienced guidance on sensitive employee matters while helping leaders develop accountable, high-performing teams.
- Maintain strong connectivity with operations through regular engagement with regional offices and active construction environments.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a complex, growth-oriented organization.
- Relevant experience within a comparable industry environment is required.
- Strong expertise navigating employment requirements across multiple states and developing compliant HR practices for geographically distributed work forces.
- Demonstrated success building and leading People Operations teams within growing or operationally complex organizations.
- Proven ability to guide senior leaders on talent priorities, organizational planning, workplace matters, and operational considerations.
- Familiarity with complex regulatory requirements and compliance-driven work environments is highly valued.
- Strong business judgment with the ability to balance employee needs, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities.
- Proven ability to build scalable programs and improve HR processes as an organization expands.
- Effective executive communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills across corporate and field-based teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related discipline preferred.
