Vaco Arizona is partnering with a top company in North Phoenix to hire an experienced HR Director. This is a high-impact leadership role with a growing organization, offering the opportunity to oversee all HR and Talent Acquisition functions while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership. Compensation is up to $200,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary HR leader for the organization
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce and people strategies
- Lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts for both hourly and salaried employees
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and compliance programs
- Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and training programs
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Work closely with safety teams on workers' compensation and return‑to‑work programs
- Foster a positive culture focused on employee engagement and retention
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and organizational effectiveness
- 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Proven experience leading both Human Resources and Talent Acquisition functions
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance
- Experience supporting construction, engineering, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
