Recruitment Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Human Resources support team, assisting in talent acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, AZ or Sunrise, FL (Hybrid role)

Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension/conversion

Pay Range: $26/hr on W2

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across multiple time zones
• Manage and maintain candidate records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition
• Support recruitment campaigns and outreach efforts to attract top talent
• Provide exceptional candidate experience through professional communication and support

• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or talent acquisition operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
• Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring teams across different time zones
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on candidate experience
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
