We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Generalist to join a high-growth healthcare and pharmacy fulfillment operation in North Phoenix.

This is a rare ground‑floor opportunity for an HR professional who wants to move beyond routine tasks and make a deeper impact. The selected candidate will help support the launch of a brand‑new facility, build HR processes from the ground up, and play a key role in shaping the team, culture, and compliance structure as the organization grows.

• Support full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR compliance.
• Assist in building HR workflows and processes for a new facility launch.
• Partner with leadership and operational teams to support employee needs and organizational goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive HR matters.
• Support benefits administration, employee communication, and general HR operations.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and workplace standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to urgent HR matters when needed.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of successful HR experience, ideally in a high‑growth, startup, healthcare, pharmacy, or operational environment.
• Versatility: Minimum 3 years performing diverse HR duties, including full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport both in person and through digital communication.
• Soft Skills: A true self‑starter with excellent follow‑through, persistence, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
• Discretion: Strong commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Availability: Ability to act quickly on sensitive HR matters, occasionally outside normal business hours.
• Reliability: Dependable and comfortable working in a fully on‑site role.

• Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Previous experience assisting with new facility launches or office openings.
• A strong business or operations background.
