** Position Profile*
* Coordinates employee onboarding activities to support a seamless new hire experience and effective hiring process. This role manages pre-employment requirements, onboarding documentation, HR orientation logistics, system data entry, and compliance-related processes. Serves as a resource to applicants, new hires, managers, and internal partners while ensuring timely communication, accurate records, and a positive candidate and employee experience.
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Serves as a resource for new hires throughout the onboarding process.
+ Coordinates weekly HR orientations.
+ Greets department visitors and answers calls.
+ Provides quality administrative support.
+ Maintains and enhances professional skills.
+ Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
** Minimum Qualifications*
* + Minimum two years progressive administrative support experience.
+ Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
+ Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.
+ Ability to manage time well, meet deadlines and perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy and follow-through.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-starter.
+ Ability to deal with personal and confidential information in a professional manner.
** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Previous Human Resource experience.
