Essential Functions
  • Manage day-to-day full cycle recruitment process in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), UKG, for assigned requisitions/region.
  • Build networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees. Determines applicant requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications.
  • Proactively source and engage talent through job boards like Linked In, while strategically building and maintaining a pipeline of passive candidates.
  • Partners with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
  • Along with the team, works with the immigration attorney to assess candidate work authorization status, advise managers on visa‑related considerations, & smoothly transition intercompany and visa status candidates to long‑term visa status.
  • Screens all resumes, interview candidates (by video conference, telephone, or in person), administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire), and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non‑exempt position openings for assigned requisitions.
  • Delivers only qualified candidates to the hiring manager after the screening process is complete.
  • Uses traditional and non‑traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc.
  • Supports the development of advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
  • Supports internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interview with hiring manager, transfer offer letter, etc.
  • Follows up in a timely manner with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process
