Sales Talent Acquisition Partner

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for all sales roles
• Lead sourcing, evaluation, and selection activities
• Build diverse talent pools through social branding, social media, advertisements, networking, and referrals
• Build external networks and source qualified candidates for current and anticipated openings
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
• Use social media, networking sites, job boards, and diverse talent communities to elevate sourcing
• Crowd source potential candidates and assist with promoting hiring events
• Partner with leaders to source and hire candidates for sales roles, including Account Managers, Account Representatives, Sales Managers, Business Development, and Automation Sales
• Recruit for key staff
• Communicate with managers and candidates throughout the process, including facilitating employment offers and acceptances
• Develop relationships with vendors and external partners
• Establish processes and tools to evaluate application qualifications, capabilities, and experience consistently
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and identify process improvement opportunities
• Support the company’s affirmative Action Plan through outreach initiatives
• Serve as a recruiting subject matter expert, monitor trends and best practices, adopt emerging technologies, and coach managers throughout selection

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years’ experience recruiting in a high volume, fast paced, and technical-based environment
• Passionate, gritty fueled by winning, and enjoys building broad networks
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of the full life cycle of recruitment
• Experience successfully sourcing candidates through creative and alternate means
• Demonstrated and applied knowledge of all employment laws and regulations relevant to the recruiting function
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
• Travel required to job fairs and college recruitment campaigns throughout California on a periodic basis
