Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator (English/Spanish)
Phoenix, AZ | Onsite
Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
$23-$24/hour
A growing organization is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Responsibilities- Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems while handling sensitive information with confidentiality
- Assist with employment-related transactions, including status changes, separations, and compliance documentation
- Respond to employee questions and provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
- Prepare reports, manage spreadsheets, and support HR projects and employee programs.
- Coordinate meetings, training activities, and other departmental initiatives as needed
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Office Administration, or a related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with an HRIS, payroll, or workforce management system
