We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy and build high-performing hiring processes across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and team leadership, with a proven ability to attract, engage, and hire top talent in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and workforce planning needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and define role requirements
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters or coordinators (if applicable)
- Own and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment metrics/reporting
- Develop and enhance employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and staffing partners as needed
- Analyze recruitment data and KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to continuously improve hiring processes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity preferred
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles across multiple departments and seniority levels
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment marketing tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decisions
- Familiarity with employment law and hiring compliance best practices
- Experience with employer branding and candidate experience initiatives is a plus
- Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS)
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion hiring practices
- Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) is a plus
