Tradesmen International is hiring a Skilled Trades Recruiter (internally, Project Coordinator) to lead full-cycle recruiting for our skilled craft worker pipeline. In this role, you'll source, screen, and place skilled tradespeople with our clients — working closely with our Account Executives to make sure every order is filled with the right person, fast.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting to build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified craft workers
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using standardized assessments, both virtually and in person
  • Fill client orders by matching craft workers with proven safety and skill records to project needs
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and lead lists to track skillsets, interests, and availability
  • Drive craft worker retention through ongoing engagement, relationship-building, and utilization strategies
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to align craft worker availability with client demand and support order fulfillment
  • Monitor project timelines and craft worker assignments, providing proactive updates on availability and project end-dates
  • Ensure all candidates meet safety qualifications and maintain accurate safety and training records
  • Provide inside sales and client-facing support as needed
What You Bring
  • Previous recruiting experience required; background in staffing, HR, or client/customer relations preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with iCIMS or another ATS a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Comfortable using data to guide decisions and drive results
  • Construction industry knowledge a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Regular and predictable attendance required – this is an in-office position
