Head of Internal Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Location: Phoenix, Arizona - office based in Biltmore 3 days in office, 2 from home
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + performance based additional OTE + Benefits

As our US business continues to grow, we're looking for a Head of Internal Recruitment to lead the attraction, hiring and development of the recruiters who power that growth.
This isn't a traditional corporate Talent Acquisition role. You'll be responsible for attracting and hiring recruitment consultants, managers and future leaders across our specialist Data & AI recruitment teams, whilst developing a best-in-class campus and early careers strategy to ensure a sustainable pipeline of talent for years to come.
This role combines experienced recruiter hiring, leadership recruitment, employer branding, talent development and university engagement, giving the successful person genuine influence over the future direction of our US business.
The OpportunityReporting into the Head of People, you'll lead internal recruitment across our US business, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to support ambitious growth plans.
You'll play a key role in defining how we attract experienced recruiters, develop future talent and build a sustainable pipeline of high performers across the business.
This role offers genuine visibility, influence and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the growth of a market-leading recruitment organization.
Key Responsibilities- Own and lead the US internal recruitment strategy.
- Managing a small team of Phoenix based internal recruiters to deliver headcount plans against US offices.
- Partner with business leaders to deliver against growth plans.
- Design and execute attraction strategies for experienced recruiters and leadership hires.
- Build and manage talent pipelines across key US markets.
- Drive employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Lead recruitment process improvements and hiring best practice.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve hiring performance.
- Support workforce planning and talent forecasting.
- Collaborate with People, Learning & Development and leadership teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.
One of the most important aspects of this role will be creating and delivering Harnham's US early careers and campus recruitment strategy.
You’ll have the opportunity to:

We'd love to speak with professionals who have:
- Internal recruitment, talent acquisition or talent leadership experience within a recruitment/staffing business and experience hiring recruiters across multiple levels and markets.
- OR have a combination of experience across agency recruitment yourself, and then worked in a talent acquisition environment where you have a strong level of experience recruiting within the sales space
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A commercial understanding of recruitment businesses and growth environments.
- Experience building attraction strategies and talent pipelines.
- A passion for developing people and creating exceptional candidate experiences.
- Proven managerial experience in a recruitment role
