District Photo Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Bilingual Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Phoenix for the busy mid-September through December season.
Responsibilities include recruiting and screening candidates for high-volume seasonal positions, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and coordinating interviews, orientations, and onboarding. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; on-site role with 40–60 hours per week.
