  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, establish timelines, and keep searches moving.
  • Manage multiple open searches and priorities while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates through Linked In, job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and other channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and relationships with prospective candidates beyond immediate hiring needs.
  • Develop targeted sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill and specialized positions.

  • Review applications, conduct initial screens and interviews, and assess candidates against position requirements.
  • Provide hiring managers with thoughtful, objective candidate recommendations.
  • Coordinate interview and selection processes and help hiring teams make timely, informed decisions.
  • Facilitate the offer process, including preparing offers, coordinating approvals, and supporting negotiations as appropriate.
Candidate Experience

  • Keep candidates informed and engaged through timely, professional communication.
  • Partner with the People Operations Coordinator on interview scheduling, candidate communications, and other recruiting coordination.
Recruiting Operations & Process Improvement

  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information in the ATS/HRIS.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, sourcing effectiveness, and the candidate experience.
  • Support recruiting marketing, networking, and employer-brand activities as appropriate.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, sourcing techniques, and tools to continuously strengthen day-to-day recruiting efforts.

  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with the ability to evaluate candidates against role requirements.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technology;
    Greenhouse experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, follow‑through, and time management.
  • A curious, resourceful, and collaborative approach to recruiting, with an interest in continuously improving how we attract and hire talent.
