The Recruiter will own the full life cycle of hiring, from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company goals.
This on-site role at GTI’s Phoenix/Goodyear facilities requires 2–4 years in high-volume recruitment, a bachelor’s in business or HR, and strong communication.
