We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring candidates across global countries and across Healthcare, Automotive, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other Non-IT domains
.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
, candidate must have international sourcing, linked in sourcing resume screening, technical/non-technical screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding and sourcing through offer closure and onboarding.
• Source candidates through Linked In, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, referrals, internal databases, and other sourcing channels
  .
• Understand JDs and identify candidates based on required skills, experience, education, location, industry/domain experience, and other criteria
  .
• Screen and qualify candidates through initial calls and assess their suitability against client requirements.
• Recruit for multiple Non-IT domains, including:
• Healthcare: Nurses, Medical Assistants, Physicians, Allied Healthcare, Healthcare Administration, RCM, etc.
• Automotive: Automotive Engineers, Vehicle/Systems Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, Validation/Test Engineers, etc.
• Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Controls, Design, CAD, Quality, Process, Industrial, and other engineering roles.
• Manufacturing & Industrial: Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality, Skilled Trades, etc.
• Use Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to identify relevant candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline/talent pool for current and future requirements.
• Conduct candidate screening, including skills, experience, availability, compensation expectations, location, and work authorization where applicable.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up on interview feedback and maintain continuous communication with candidates.
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS/CRM and recruitment trackers
  .
• Work closely with Account Managers, Hiring Managers, and clients to understand hiring priorities and close positions within the required TAT.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and meet agreed sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets
  .
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• 24 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / US Staffing / Technical Recruitment
  , depending on business requirements.
• Strong hands-on experience recruiting for Healthcare, Automotive, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial domains
  .
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
  .
• Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with Linked In, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, Boolean search, and candidate databases
  .
• Ability to understand technical and domain-specific JDs and identify relevant candidates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good candidate relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously in a target-driven environment.
• Experience working with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment trackers
  .
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

Candidates with international experience in any combination of the following domains will be preferred:

Healthcare + Automotive + Engineering + Manufacturing + Industrial + Construction + Skilled Trades.
