We are currently seeking experienced 360 Perm recruiters to join our Phoenix team. We’re looking for enthusiastic business developers who thrive on building new client relationships and forming lasting partnerships.
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage your own book of business in the dynamic Data & AI sector, driving full‑desk recruitment from start to finish. Even during training, you’ll have opportunities to bill while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
Earning Potential: Base salary of $50,000–$70,000 (DOE), up to 30% uncapped commission, performance bonuses, and access to a robust client base to maximize your earnings.
Responsibilities- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source and screen top Data & AI talent to match role requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from outreach to offer negotiation and placement.
- Build and grow your own client and candidate relationships to drive your business.
- Stay current with Data & AI trends to provide clients with market insights.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve recruitment processes.
- Support and mentor junior team members as a positive role model.
