• experience performing eligibility reviews
• previous insurance adjudicator experience.

reviewing applications for public assistance programs and determining eligibility through interactive interviewing and fact gathering. Verifying application forms for accuracy and following up with applicants. Communicating with applicants to address concerns and determine resolutions. Explaining rules and policies to claimants, representatives, employers, doctors, and state and federal agencies to make qualification determinations.

• must start October 5, 2026

• 7 weeks of in-person training
• 8-week assignment,
