We are seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to lead our Client’s compensation, benefits, executive rewards, recognition, wellness, and mobility functions. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive total rewards philosophy that enables the Company to attract, retain, and motivate world‑class talent while supporting the company’s rapid growth and evolving business priorities.

The VP, Total Rewards will partner closely with executive leadership, Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and HR leaders to ensure the Company’s reward programs are competitive, equitable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives across our global workforce. This role will play a critical part in supporting a highly specialized population of scientists, engineers, and technology professionals in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global total rewards strategy aligned with the Company’s business goals, talent strategy, and culture.
  • Define and evolve compensation and benefits philosophies that support employee attraction, retention, engagement, and performance.
  • Advise executive leadership on market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging reward practices.
  • Ensure reward programs support organizational growth, geographic expansion, and workforce scalability.
Compensation
  • Lead the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs, including base pay, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and executive compensation.
  • Oversee salary structures, market pricing, pay equity analyses, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Partner with executive leadership and the Board's Compensation Committee on executive compensation matters.
  • Ensure compensation programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with company performance.
  • Lead the strategy and administration of global health, welfare, retirement, wellness, leave, and financial wellbeing programs.
  • Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings to support employee needs while maintaining cost effectiveness.
  • Oversee vendor selection, governance, and performance management.
  • Drive innovative programs that support employee wellbeing and overall employee experience.
Equity & Executive Rewards
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and executive leadership to administer equity and executive reward programs.
  • Develop strategies that align employee and shareholder interests while supporting talent retention.
  • Support executive compensation disclosures, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Advise leadership regarding evolving market practices and incentive design.
Global Mobility & Compliance
  • Oversee global mobility programs, including expatriate assignments, relocation support, and international reward considerations.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation, benefits, and employment regulations across all operating jurisdictions.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to mitigate risk and maintain strong governance practices.
  • Establish policies and controls to support operational excellence.
Leadership & Analytics
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing global Total Rewards team.
  • Build data‑driven approaches to reward strategy using workforce analytics and market intelligence.
  • Present recommendations and insights to senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiencies, and employee‑centric program design.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree minimum
  • Minimum 15+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience, including significant leadership experience in compensation and benefits.
