• Lead and coach recruiters and support personnel, fostering productivity and professional growth
• Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track hiring activity and evaluate process effectiveness
• Implement and refine sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and manage requisitions efficiently
• Guide team meetings, drive adoption of new initiatives and support individual career development plans
• Ensure compliance with federal,stateand local hiring regulations,maintainingaccuraterecords and audit processes
• Evaluate recruiting data, analyze outreacheffectivenessand communicate actionable insights to business leaders
• Source, recruit, screen and select candidates, continually improving staffing quality and supporting targeted headcount requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years ofhumanresources or recruiting experience

• Ability to read, write,speakand understand English
• Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written formats
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently,supervise and motivate others
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to make decisions collaborativelyandsolve problem sunder pressure
• Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively
• Ability to present information to management
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
• Ability to show judgment and initiative and toaccomplishjob duties
• Ability to use personal computer and software applications such as word processingandspreadsheets
• Knowledge of broadband products and services
• Expert knowledge of recruitment trends,technologies,staffing and employment practices
• Working knowledge of market compensation trends
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers at all levels of the organization

• 2+ years of management or leadership experience
