About the RoleThe Senior HR Generalist is an experienced Human Resources professional responsible for providing advanced employee relations support, compliance oversight, operational leadership, and guidance to employees and leaders. This position directly supervises HR Coordinators, mentors HR Generalists, and supports recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, investigations, training, workforce development, and other key HR initiatives.
Working closely with the HR Manager, Senior HR Director, and operational leaders, the Senior HR Generalist helps align daily HR operations with the organization’s workforce needs, regulatory responsibilities, and long‑term goals.
This role is ideal for someone who

What You’ll Be Responsible For- Leading employee relations investigations involving complaints, workplace conflicts, misconduct allegations, and policy violations
- Advising employees and leaders on performance concerns, corrective action, workplace accommodations, and other employment matters
- Directly supervising HR Coordinators while providing mentorship, training, and guidance to other HR team members
- Overseeing and supporting recruitment, onboarding, orientation, promotions, transfers, credential verification, and workforce planning activities
- Providing oversight and guidance related to FMLA, ADA, PWFA, workers’ compensation, benefits, and other employee support programs
- Conducting HR audits and supporting regulatory reviews, external audits, licensing activities, and accreditation surveys
- Developing and facilitating company‑wide training, leadership development programs, onboarding content, and employee learning resources
- Supporting HR metrics, workforce reporting, process improvements, employee engagement, recognition, and organizational culture initiatives
