As a HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in the employee life cycle of our security officers in the Atlanta branch. Your expertise will help us build a best in class employee lifecycle ensures safety and security for our clients. Responsibilities:
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, me-to-hire, and cost-per-hire)
  • Ensure employees' requests and grievances are handled in a timely manner with professionalism and discretion
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
  • Conduct employee investigations and investigate disciplinary actions, including but not limited to, interviewing witnesses and reviewing pertinent materials
  • Recommend, prepare, and as appropriate, assist in the administration of corrective actions
  • Enforce and assist in the development of company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of employees with the use of reports and audits
  • Other dues to be determined by management
Qualifications:
  • Master's/bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of two years of related Human Resources experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Experience with policy review and creation
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attentive to detail
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ADP is a plus
