• Develop new business through calls, networking, referrals, Linked In, and community involvement
• Meet with hiring managers to understand their workforce challenges and recommend staffing solutions
• Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities
  
  Match qualified candidates with positions that align with their skills, experience, and career goals
• Guide clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate rates and placement terms while supporting profitable business growth
• Build lasting client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
• Manage ongoing activity, follow-up, and performance goals

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, account management, or B2B sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence initiating conversations with prospective clients and candidates
• A consultative approach and the ability to understand each client’s unique needs
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
