What You’ll Do Employer Relations & Recruiting
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, HR leaders, hiring managers, and military talent program representatives.
  • Develop a pipeline of employment opportunities through employer outreach, cold and warm calls, networking, research, and community partnerships.

  • Conduct interview preparation, mock interviews, and professional development coaching.
  • Connect veterans with employment opportunities aligned with their skills, experience, and career goals and follow up through placement.
Program & Pipeline Management

  • Use Agile CRM, job boards, and other technology to manage talent pipelines and promote jobs, events, and training opportunities.
  • Track employment outcomes, maintain case notes, obtain employment verification, and meet program performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the program team and supervisor to address barriers to employment and improve participant outcomes.
Qualifications What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Social Services, or a related field. Two years of relevant experience in recruiting, job development, career coaching, or professional development may substitute for the degree.
  • At least one year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, career coaching, workforce development, employer relations, business development, or a related field.
  • Experience sourcing candidates, developing employer relationships, and engaging hiring managers or business leaders.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Excellent organization, time management, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM, ATS, or applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and community partners.
  • Professional, energetic, creative, and solutions-oriented approach to recruiting and career development.
