Hours:

Full Time   Pay: $30 - $36/hour (OT available)    Join a welcoming, collaborative payroll team supporting a large, multi-company organization with 10,000+ employees. Key Responsibilities
* Process full-cycle weekly payroll for assigned employee groups (500-1,000+ employees)
* Ensure accurate and timely payroll, including off-cycle payments
* Review timekeeping data, resolve discrepancies, and support payroll audits/reconciliations
* Process new hires, employee changes, special pay requests, garnishments, and final pay
* Partner closely with HR and managers to ensure data accuracy and compliance
* Research and resolve payroll questions while delivering excellent customer service
* Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations, overtime laws, and company policies  Qualifications
* 3-5 years of full-cycle payroll experience
* Experience processing multi-state payroll required
* Strong understanding of payroll regulations, including OT laws
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
* Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Paycom strongly preferred
* Union payroll/reporting experience is a plus
* Demonstrated critical thinking, attention to detail, and process improvement mindset
