As a Recruiter at Express Employment Professionals, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent for our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find qualified candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Managing the Recruitment Process: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Sales Activity: Engage in sales activities to attract new clients and expand our business. This includes cold calling, client visits, and presenting our staffing solutions to potential clients.
• Maintaining Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Office.
• Some sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Spanish fluency adds a premium!
