$45,000 - $60,000 base salary + uncapped commission

We're looking for a Senior Sourcing Consultant to join our high-performing team in Phoenix, supporting a portfolio of established clients across the rapidly growing Data & AI space. This is a pure delivery-focused role, working on live, high-quality vacancies with some of the most innovative companies in the market.

You won't be expected to build a desk from scratch. Instead, you'll be partnering closely with experienced business developers and focusing on what you do best: finding, engaging and securing exceptional talent.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing recruitment processes across a range of Data & AI opportunities
• Sourcing and engaging high-calibre candidates using a variety of channels
• Building strong candidate relationships and delivering an outstanding experience
• Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful placements
• Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

What we're looking for:

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within a delivery or sourcing-focused role
• Experience recruiting within Data, Analytics, AI or Technology markets would be highly advantageous
• The ability to hit the ground running and manage recruitment processes independently
• Strong sourcing, candidate management and relationship-building skills
• A driven, results-oriented mindset with a desire to earn through commission
