The Market Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and assessing top talent to meet organizational workforce needs. This role manages candidate pipelines, supports recruiting processes, and collaborates with sales and operational teams to ensure effective placement and workforce fulfillment.

• Assignment and Dispatch: Coordinate candidate assignments and ensure timely placement to meet client and operational needs.
• Recruiting Process Effectiveness: Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and results.
• Talent Sourcing and Pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies, networking, and outreach.
• Candidate Screening and Assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and assess suitability for open positions.
