Schedule:No two weeks look the same at Chase Field and thats part of the excitment! We support MLB games, concerts, and special events, this position requires flexibility. You can expect a mix of evenings, weekends, holidays, and event driven shifts throughout the year.

Join our Human Resources team at Levy at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks! As an HR Manager, you’ll provide an essential support to our hourly and management team while contributing to our authentic culture.
- Build effective relationships with employees and operational leaders, providing timely, accurate, and practical HR guidance, coaching, and support while maintaining confidentiality and serving as a trusted HR partner.
- Provides onsite HR partnership during games, concerts, and events, supporting operations and responding to time-sensitive employee relations and HR matters.
- Provides responsive, professional, solution-oriented HR support to employees, promptly addressing calls, emails, questions, and workplace concerns while ensuring employees and leaders receive a consistent and positive HR experience.
- Owns employee relations matters from intake through resolution, including conducting investigations, performance management, recommending appropriate action, and appropriate follow up. Reviews cases and recommendations with the Director of HR.
- Interprets and applies HR policies, procedures, and employment practices consistently; identifies potential employee relations or compliance risks and appropriately provides guidance or escalates to ensure sound HR practice.
- Independently researches HR questions, stays current on relevant employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices, and uses sound judgment to determine when an issue can be resolved independently and when escalation is appropriate.
- Develops and maintains thorough knowledge of HRIS, onboarding, payroll, internal audit procedures, SOPs, and other HR processes; ensures accurate execution and compliance with established requirements.
- Oversee recruitment activities, including requisition management, candidate sourcing, hiring events, job placement programs, screening and interviewing, and partnership with hiring managers to fill positions effectively.
- Maintains exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, organization and follow-through; proactively anticipates issues, identifies gaps or information, and completes work with minimal oversight.
- Analyzes HR trends and supports engagement initiatives, HR projects, and other departmental priorities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with hands-on experience in employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, and/or related study preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, procedures, and best practices, with ability to accurately interpret and apply them.
- Demonstrated sound judgment, critical thinking, and initiative.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to produce accurate, thorough, and complete work with minimal oversight.
- Recruiting experience, including requisition management, candidate sourcing, and interviewing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and service orientation skills, with a high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
