Job Description Recruiter Location :
Qualified candidates must reside in the Phoenix or Prescott Valley, AZ area.

Compensation Range $62,000.00 - $77,000.00 annually, depending on experience.

We’re looking for a Recruiter who serves as a business partner and trusted advisor to manufacturing leadership—someone who collaborates to shape hiring outcomes, not simply facilitate them.

This role is responsible for high-volume direct labor (DL) and indirect labor (IDL) recruiting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process while partnering closely with operations leadership, HR, and Talent Acquisition to deliver a strong candidate experience and support workforce needs across the business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume direct labor (DL) and indirect labor (IDL) positions.

Partner with manufacturing leaders and HR teams to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Create, maintain, audit, and close requisitions while ensuring accuracy within Workday.

Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify qualified talent for manufacturing and operational roles.

Coordinate interviews, hiring events, onboarding activities, and candidate communications.

Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, offer preparation, and recruiting process guidance.

Review recruiting activity and proactively identify opportunities to improve candidate flow, process efficiency, and data accuracy.

Attend onsite hiring events, community job fairs, hiring blitzes, and recruiting events to promote MITER Brands as an employer of choice.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting procedures throughout the hiring process.

Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.

Maintain recruiting records, reporting, and documentation with strong attention to detail.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of high-volume recruiting processes and manufacturing hiring environments.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations.

Customer-service mindset with the ability to deliver a positive candidate experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with Workday and Phenom preferred.

Comfortable working within a manufacturing environment and engaging candidates onsite.

Qualifications2+ years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience required.

Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments strongly preferred.

Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience preferred.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Job Specific Requirements Ability to travel locally to support manufacturing facilities, hiring events, and community outreach activities as needed (approximately 10%).Job-related duties and requirements are subject to change based on business needs.
