Job Summary

As a Recruitment Specialist at Acara Solutions, you'll immerse yourself in a dynamic role that offers a blend of customer and employee services. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, overseeing contract employees at various client sites, and spearheading recruitment efforts for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across our respected client base. With a diverse range of tasks, this role promises an environment where your abilities can increase, paving the way for a fulfilling and rewarding career experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive and vet job orders, securing approval from management to source, screen, interview, and present candidates to clients for consideration.
  • Exercise independent judgment and strong interviewing skills to match candidates with suitable placements.
  • Maintain performance benchmarks outlined by the company, including recruitment metrics, community networking, and candidate placement follow-up.
  • Act as a liaison between Acara, clients, candidates, and contract employees, representing our company's values with professionalism and integrity.
  • Provide administrative oversight for contract employees and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Cultivate community relations through active engagement and community activities.
  • Retain a pool of temporary/contract employees to meet client demands.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Recruitment Specialists to address client needs effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to address and resolve escalated personnel matters.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality at all times.
