• Gather hiring requirements from managers and clients and create job descriptions
• Source candidates through Linked In, Telegram, DOU, Djinni, job boards, and alternative channels
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview stages
• Manage offers, communicate with candidates, and support the onboarding process
• Maintain ATS/CRM systems and prepare recruitment reports

• 6+ Months in full-cycle recruitment
• Proven experience recruiting IT or Digital Marketing specialists is required
• Strong sourcing skills:
  Linked In Recruiter, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search
• English level B1+ - written communication and reading
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
• Nice to have:
  Experience with ATS/CRM systems
