Experience with On-site for a light industrial facility required. Shift 6am-4:30pm Monday through Thursday. Mandatory OT. Seasonal Position If you live in or near Phoenix, AZ we offer:
Salary Range $41,500 - $45,000 annually, depending on experience
This is a Seasonal position
- September 2026 - January 2027.Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position.
KPI driven bonuses
Self-development bonuses
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Lite industrial recruiting Required Bilingual in Spanish/English Required Supervisory experience Preferred Daily reports management,Managing KPIs,Weekly time clock and attendance management.
Payroll processing
Daily walk-throughs
Safety Observations Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments,Troubleshooting associate needs,Attending meetings with management when necessary.
What we need from you:
Onsite Supervisor experience in Staffing a plus!
Recruiting for a production facility Required.
Excellent customer service skills required
Supervisory experience
Ability to drive and meet KPIsStrong Microsoft office skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems
Experience with time and attendance management
Bilingual Spanish and English required
Understand this is NOT a remote position
