LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a growing construction company located in downtown Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Bilingual/Spanish preferred Human Resources Coordinator to join the team. This is a full-time on site position $25.00-$30.00 per hour depending on prior experience.
The Human Resources Coordinator would join a fast-paced team withhigh-volume onboarding, benefits, payroll, HR systems, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting employees in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities- Coordinate high-volume new hire onboarding and orientation.
- Source and review applications and resumes for open positions.
- Prepare new hire paperwork and maintain employee records.
- Complete and maintain I-9 documentation and compliance.
- Set up and update employee profiles in Paychex and Sage.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and general benefit questions.
- Provide payroll support, including certified and union payroll.
- Review timekeeping, payroll changes, and employee information for accuracy.
- Assist employees with general HR, payroll, and policy questions in English and Spanish.
- Support employee relations matters and maintain appropriate documentation.
- Process employee changes, including new hires, transfers, compensation changes, and terminations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred
- Previous HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or related Human Resources experience preferred.
- Experience with high-volume onboarding and recruiting preferred.
- Experience with Paychex is required.
- HS Diploma or Equivalent required
- Prior certified or union payroll processing preferred but not required.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
