Help Desk Analyst

IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Help Desk Analyst to join our customer in Phoenix AZ. This is an ONSITE position. Please find below additional details about this job. • Problem Resolution – Respond to user requests for system help on I‑TEAMS, AzEIP's web‑based application; identify causes of user issues and potential solutions, if known; enter problem information into an automated issue tracking system (95%).

• User acceptance testing (5%).

• Intermediate experience with Windows 7
• Intermediate experience with Basic SQL
• Excellent Customer Service skills, overall Microsoft Office skills
• QA Testing (1–2 years)
