Senior Full Stack Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Node.js. This position is located in Phoenix, AZ and requires the candidate to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.

• Strong technical leadership and SDLC expertise:
  Deep hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, with the ability to design, guide implementation, and ensure high-quality engineering practices.
• Proven collaboration and communication skills:
  Ability to work effectively with Product Owners, cross-team Tech Leads, and Engineering leadership, translating business needs into clear technical direction.
• Mentorship and delivery mindset:
  Experience mentoring engineers and QA, leading estimation and planning activities, and driving predictable delivery aligned with estimates and team velocity.

• Hands-on experience with React / Next.js, Node.js, Type Script, Git, and UI performance optimization, with proven ability to design and deliver high-quality, scalable frontend and backend solutions.
• Architecture & domain experience:
  Solid understanding of composable commerce and event-driven architectures, with prior experience working in the eCommerce domain and building systems that integrate across services and teams.
• Engineering excellence & leadership mindset:
  Experience ensuring accessibility standards, enforcing best practices across the SDLC, mentoring team members, and driving consistent, reliable delivery.
• Ecommerce domain experience
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or a related field.
