About the OpportunityThe data center support team is preparing for a significant increase in break-fix ticket volume over the next six months. To maintain customer service levels, an expanded team of L2 Technicians is needed to support the incoming workload and manage ticket flow efficiently. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where your technical problem-solving skills will directly impact uptime and service reliability.
WhatYou’ll Do
As a Data Center Technician – L2, you will:
- Work an active ticketing queue to support break-fix hardware issues
- Troubleshoot and repair servers, components, and data center equipment
- Perform rack/stack, cabling, and hardware installation
- Diagnose and expand technical issues as needed
- Document work thoroughly in internal systems
- Collaborate with shift leads and technicians
- Maintain uptime and ensure SLA compliance
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be fully embedded in the day‑to‑day technical operations of a large‑scale data center environment.
Top Skills Needed- 1-2+ years of data center experience
- Break-fix troubleshooting experience
- Experience working with a ticketing system
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and high technical aptitude
Cabling, rack/stack, and hardware handling experience
Network knowledge or certifications (Network+, CCNA, or studying toward them) are a bonus

- Grow into higher‑level technical roles (L3/L4, network tech, hardware specialist)

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 – $26.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
