Role OverviewWe’re looking for a motivated IT Sales & Marketing Consultant who understands both marketing side and the sales side, we re looking for someone who can communicate value, build trust, and help grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities with small business clients
- Present and explain IT services and AI solutions in a clear, non-technical way
- Collaborate on marketing strategies, campaigns, and outreach initiatives
- Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and client relationship management
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Help refine service offerings, pricing, and messaging based on real-world sales insights
- Represent Cortex Labs professionally in calls, meetings, and online communication
- Experience in IT sales, technology consulting, or B2B sales
- Strong understanding of IT services (managed IT, security, networking, cloud, or AI solutions)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing, or sales platforms is a plus
- Experience selling to small businesses or startups
- Background in marketing, digital outreach, or brand development
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, AI tools, or automation platforms
- Arizona-based
- Bachelors in Business Administration & Management
- CompTIA Certifications
- Associates in Marketing & Advertising
- Competitive commission based or contract compensation (based on experience)
