Duration: 06months of contract to Hire | Onsite
Pay Range:$29/Hr. to $30/Hr.

Job Description- First point of contact received from high revenue Treasury Clients via email. Responsible for reading, analyzing, and/or determining appropriate handling and resolution of requests.
- Responsible for owning all first touch resolution requests, case creation and appropriate routing of requests to Service Advisors. Requests consist of Treasury, and/or deposit products.
