UX Researcher

The UX Researcher position is centered on advocating for exceptional digital experiences for both customers and associates. This role leverages qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and user feedback to support innovation in areas including AI, personalization, and customer engagement enhancements. The UX Researcher will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Technology teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive meaningful improvements across digital platforms.

• Devise and execute comprehensive research strategies using both qualitative and quantitative methods to gather actionable insights.
• Conduct user research and usability testing using tools such as User Testing, Figma, and Fig Jam.
• Analyze digital analytics, customer feedback, and other data sources to identify opportunities for improving user experiences.
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations and compelling presentations tailored for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate strategically with Product, Design, and Technology teams to ensure research informs product decisions and enhances user experiences.
• Champion the voice of the user across the organization, balancing customer needs with business objectives.

• 2–5 years of experience in UX research, ideally within retail, eCommerce, or consumer-facing digital products.
• Proficiency with research tools such as User Testing, Figma, and Fig Jam.
• Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence stakeholders and align research objectives with business goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively to diverse teams.
