Overview

🚀 Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) | AI-Driven ITSM SaaS

We’re hiring a Solutions Engineer to join a fast-growing global SaaS company transforming IT Service Management (ITSM) with AI
.

This is a pre-sales role partnering closely with Account Executives to win new business, lead technical discovery, deliver demos/POCs, and help shape the future of an AI-powered ITSM platform.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with AEs on new logo acquisition and complex sales cycles
  • Lead technical discovery
    , solution design, and customer presentations
  • Deliver custom demos, POCs, and whiteboard sessions
  • Translate business needs into technical value and ROI
  • Act as a technical advisor to IT leaders and executives
  • Collaborate with Product on customer feedback and integrations
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–7+ years in a customer-facing Solutions Engineer / Sales Engineer role (SaaS)
  • Strong understanding of IT environments and how systems integrate
  • Experience with concepts like APIs, SSO, MFA, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (Service Now, Jira, etc.) a big plus
  • Comfortable presenting to IT leaders, technical teams, and executives
  • Hands-on, consultative, and excited to help build in a growing org
Nice to Have
  • AI / automation exposure (chatbots, workflows, RAG, etc.)
  • Startup or “build-from-scratch” experience
  • Ability to create technical diagrams or process maps
  • Remote initially;
    hybrid eventually
  • Competitive base + variable compensation
