CORY is hiring an accomplished Head of Sales who is a hands-on, data-driven leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and scaling revenue in complex, enterprise environments. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in growth-oriented organizations and knows how to balance strategic vision with execution in the field.

With a national footprint and a strong product-market fit, the company is focused on accelerating growth, expanding market share, and deepening long-term customer relationships.
Lead and mentor senior sales team (U.S. territories).
Execute national go-to-market strategy to hit revenue/growth targets.
Engage in high-value customer negotiations and deal structuring.
Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Marketing, CS, Rev Ops) for pipeline health and customer lifecycle.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting (CRM/sales intelligence).
Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Provide internal stakeholders with market/competitive intelligence and customer feedback.
5+ years of senior sales leadership experience, including managing regional or national sales teams
Proven success selling B2B SaaS and/or connected technology solutions with long sales cycles
Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions, complex deal management, and multi-stakeholder buying processes
Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling high-growth sales organizations
Ability to attract, develop, and retain top-performing sales talent
Executive presence with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
Willingness to travel approximately 25% to support teams, customers, and key industry events
