This position is a key hire that will allow our team to take Rock RMS to the next level by providing project oversight and accountability.

• Supporting projects from sales through execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinating various stakeholders and technical team members during project phases from initial development through migration, implementation, customization, and support.
• Communicating proactively with all stakeholders to provide accountability, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Anticipating resourcing for future projects in a complex, dynamic environment.
• Preventing and solving problems through critical thinking and a detailed understanding of our industry, project types, team, and culture.
• Utilizing Rock RMS, project management, time tracking, and invoicing software fluently.

• Having 5+ years of experience with project and resource management, especially with technical teams.
• Experienced with complex Microsoft Excel functions.
• Familiar with CRM or ERP software solutions.
• Trained in Six Sigma methodology.
• Familiar with Asana and/or Harvest.

• Knowledgeable of Rock RMS.
• Someone who tends to paint everything bright orange.
• Having an unusual interest in Rock lobsters.
