• We are seeking a Manager to lead and manage large-scale Data & AI initiatives
• The Manager will collaborate closely with business, risk, compliance, technology, and data management teams on projects
• The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Informatica and/or Microsoft solutions
• This position is Remote, with occasional travel

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Lead and manage AI and data strategy projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives
• Design and implement data governance frameworks, operating models, and AI governance policies that prioritize ethical innovation
• Conduct data maturity assessments and capability evaluations to inform measurable progress
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to assess pain points and define strategic initiatives
• Evaluate and enhance existing data processes, tools, and governance frameworks to drive continuous excellence
• Develop AI risk assessments and compliance strategies that reinforce ethical AI adoption

Strategic Leadership & Business Development

• Act as a key client partner, building long-term relationships grounded in trust and shared success
• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, representing Paradigm at industry events and in publications with insight and credibility
• Identify opportunities for new business and participate in proposal development that aligns with client needs and impact potential
• Provide strategic recommendations to clients, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business value

Practice & Capability Development

• Mentor junior team members, supporting talent development, and contribute to a culture of growth, collaboration, and leadership at all levels
• Manage and enhance Paradigm’s Data & AI Strategy & Advisory offerings by refining methodologies and frameworks to reflect evolving client priorities
• Design and deliver training programs on data strategy and AI governance that embed ethics and shared learning

• 7+ years of experience in Data Strategy, AI Governance, or Data Management, preferably involving Informatica and/or Microsoft solutions
• Strong understanding of Data Management frameworks (DAMA DMBOK, DCAM) and AI Governance principles
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing client engagements
• Experience in data maturity assessments, target-state design, and policy formulation
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Background in Management Consulting or large-scale Data Transformation programs is preferred
• Hands-on experience with Informatica (IDMC) and/or Microsoft (Azure) is preferred
• Informatica and/or Microsoft Certifications are preferred
• Experience in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, or Asset Management) is a plus
