Azure DevOps Engineer

Overview

Azure Dev Ops Engineer – Phoenix, Arizona (100% Remote)
• Contract • $60/hr - $70/hr

• Build and administer CI/CD pipelines

• Manage and optimize build (CI) and release (CD) processes

• Handle application configuration management using Azure App Configuration and ADO Library

• Automate workflows with Power Shell scripting

• Administer Azure Dev Ops and repositories (TFVC or Git)

• Troubleshoot build or code merging issues with development teams

• Provide support for .NET Core 2.x, .NET 6, .NET Framework 4.x, and Angular applications

• Manage Azure resources including App Configuration, Key Vault, App Services, and Virtual Machines

• Administer service principals, app registrations, and enterprise applications

• Perform general Azure platform administration for both PaaS and IaaS environments

• Lead Dev Ops initiatives related to release management, after-hours deployments, and change control

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Dev Ops migrations and platform upgrades

• Oversee repository migrations from TFVC to Git-based systems

• Support Azure Dev Ops Server upgrades and maintenance

• Build and maintain new build servers

• Identify and implement automation opportunities

• Collaborate across teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient infrastructure operations
