We are seeking an experienced Actimize Developer / Technical Lead to support Risk Mitigation initiatives, including the NAF Phase II project and 2026 New Account Fraud programs
. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity
, and candidates must be open to converting to a full-time PNC employee if selected.

• Align business strategy with scalable software solutions.
• Design, develop, and code solutions for complex fraud and risk management needs.
• Lead complex problem-solving efforts and technical troubleshooting.
• Oversee technical and procedural documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Apply modern development methodologies, tools, and principles to enhance business capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Strong experience in Actimize implementations within financial services.
• Experience supporting fraud detection and risk mitigation platforms.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.

• Experience in banking or financial services industry.
• Prior experience in fraud or anti-money laundering (AML) initiatives.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations.
