We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for using data to drive business decisions. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our company.

• Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain databases, data models, and reporting systems
• Use data visualization tools to create meaningful and informative reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize processes and procedures
• Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or marketing setting
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus
