- Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple brands, regions, and markets.
- Elevate social from reactive posting to intentional, story-driven campaigns.
- Oversee content calendars, campaign rollouts, and engagement best practices.
- Strengthen influencer partnerships and localized activations.
- Ensure brand voice consistency while tailoring approach by each destination.
- Lead strategy and consistent management of multiple websites.
- Improve SEO, site structure, tagging, and user experience.
- Support promotions, launches, and evolving brand initiatives across web platforms.
- Ensure websites function as active drivers of traffic and conversions.
- Lead paid digital campaign strategy across Google Ads, paid social, PPC, and related channels.
- Optimize campaigns across various regional markets and diverse audience demographics and behaviors.
- Connect media spend directly to impacts at business.
- Continuously test, redefine, and scale performance initiatives.
- Track KPIs across website traffic, social media engagement, paid performance, and conversion metrics.
- Translate metrics and performance data into shareable insights with executive-level business stakeholders.
- Present results and recommendations in a clear and confident way to brand leads and senior executives.
- Help build scalable reporting processes as the organization grows and gains momentum across markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, social strategy, or integrated marketing roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise across social media and paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing CMS websites and understanding backend fundamentals.
- Proven ability to analyze and adjust digital strategies as needed.
- Experience balancing multiple brands or markets simultaneously.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
