Lead Developer - NQZebraWorks

Our client is looking Lead Developer - NQZebra Works for Long term project in Multi Location (USA) below is the detailed requirements.

• Client Consultation:
  Work closely with clients to understand their workflow requirements and how nQ Zebra works solutions can meet their needs.
• Deployment and Configuration:
  Install, configure, and customize nQZebraworks products (Print
  
  Q, ScanQ, Billing
  
  Q) to fit client environments.
• Integration:
  Ensure seamless integration with clients' existing systems, such as document management systems (DMS), financial management systems (FMS), and mobile devices.
• Support:
  Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation to resolve any issues and optimize the use of nQ Zebra works solutions.
• Documentation:
  Create detailed documentation of the implementation process and configuration settings for future reference and client records.

• 9+ years of experience in IT implementation or a similar role.
• NQZebraworks experience 3 Plus years.
• Experience with law firm workflows and document management systems (., iManage) is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in serverless print management, secure print release, and centralized print queue management.
• Expertise in scanning workflows, including OCR, PDF editing, and routing to various systems.
• Familiarity with billing workflows, automated AR notices, and client/matter financial dashboards.
• Strong understanding of integration with Office 365, mobile apps, and multi-function devices.
• Experience in .NET, PHP, Powershell and SQL, running on-premise and on Azure Cloud

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
